are reflections on lessons I personally encountered that day. I share them to let others take part in my learning. They don’t come every day, but when there is one, I’ll share it.

On the Culture of Mistakes

A healthy culture of mistakes is too rarely cultivated. In our society, making a mistake is associated with bad grades – something to be avoided. Negatively connoted, failure is something to be hidden or quietly corrected. What is cultivated instead is the flawless image of oneself, the perfect, unwavering ego – a mask of the positive side of a person, to be maintained at all costs. And so people learn to play it safe. Less risk means fewer mistakes. This stunts the learning curve. Yet failure is an inherent part of learning. Admitting mistakes directly requires humility. The human ego often perceives it as an attack to be confronted with a wrongdoing, or to be pointed toward an area that does not yet meet one’s own ideal. Society tends to avoid hurting the feelings of others. And so criticism and conflict disappear. Safety and the appearance of peace are preferred. Disagreements are avoided wherever possible. Language is kept politically correct. And in doing so, discussion, learning, and striving are lost. Hardened egos that fancy themselves unshakeable in their authority – feeling like kings within their expertise – built upon diplomas and isolated achievements on which they now rest. Like gravitates toward like, and everyone confirms one another.

When the crowned ego recognizes what a fool it is, how incapable it is, the other extreme follows: the dissolution of the ego – instead of gaining insight and the desire to grow. Personal striving is replaced by emptying oneself and deferring to experts, the seemingly more intelligent, gods and politicians. Memorizing and imitating rather than independent thinking feels safer. The path toward greatness, learning to think for oneself, is inhibited by the absence of a culture that embraces mistakes. Because learning requires failure. And failure is unwanted, because it is viewed negatively. And so truly great individuals become an increasingly rare sight, true philosophers fewer – though one could argue they were always rare. In their tendency toward ignorance, people today differ little from those of the past. This becomes clear when one looks at what happened to Socrates, who lived around 400 BC and is one of the most celebrated philosophers in human history. Socrates said something decisive: “I know that I know nothing.” And that is where learning begins. He paid with his life for his ability to ask questions, because questioning endangered the status quo. He confronted people with themselves, with their apparent certainty, exposed their ignorance – and drew their anger upon himself. True friends speak bitter truths, and greatness grows from a cultivated culture of mistakes. So the fool stands closest to the king. For every king is a fool, and every fool a king. When we can accept the fool within ourselves, we learn to laugh at ourselves and to step willingly into the unknown. Today I celebrate making mistakes, and I hope to make many more – for then I am growing, I am alive, and that is wonderful.

Big thanks to my Husband, my Sokrates. ❤️

Manson himself — an androgynous figure who has existed between identities for decades — carries a statement through his very presence: the dissolution of opposites has begun. The song doesn’t just provoke. It touches something we are collectively beginning to understand.

This text is an attempt to draw a thread. From the mother goddesses of antiquity to the present. From Faust to quantum physics. From the Gnostics to the streets of our time. A thread that reveals: the development of Western civilization — with all its repression, its divisions, its monotheism — had a purpose. And that purpose is approaching its completion.

I. The Split — How the West Divided the World

Before monotheism, the world was complex and contradictory in the best sense. Gods had weaknesses, passions, and flaws. Evil wasn’t really evil — it was the unknown, the raw, the unrecognized. The Babylonian dragon goddess Tiamat wasn’t a demon. She was creation. Marduk slew her and built the world from her body.

Monotheism needed an enemy. So it invented evil. And personified it. And made it female.

The song opens precisely here: “I can’t stop from spinning / Down the rabbit hole / The deeper that you push / The deeper I will go.”

The rabbit hole is not simply the split — it is the necessary descent into what was forbidden. The rabbit itself is one of the oldest symbols of the lunar goddess, of the feminine, of the underground world that exists beneath the ordered surface. Alice does not fall by accident. She follows. And what she finds below is not chaos — it is a world that was always there, suppressed beneath the one above. The deeper the West pushed the division between light and dark, between Good and evil, between the sacred and the instinctual — the deeper the feminine was driven into the unconscious. Down the rabbit hole is the direction back. Inward. Into the forbidden. Into the source.

Eve bites the apple. Eve seduces. The woman is weak, tempting, guilty. This is no accident — it is method.

Even more revealing is Lilith. According to Jewish tradition, Lilith was Adam’s first wife — created from the same earth. She refused subordination. She left the garden. Not as a sinner — but as an equal. And for that, she was banished. Declared a demon. Made into a monster.

The message was unambiguous: female self-determination is diabolical. Patriarchal order is divine.

And so monotheism constructed a world in black and white. Angels against demons. God against Satan. Heaven against Hell. This split had a price: it severed the human being from their own darkness. But this is precisely where the real power resides. The darkness that monotheism demonized — the chaos, the instinct, the feminine, the untamable — is not the absence of God. It is the source. The powers that preserved this knowledge understood exactly this. They kept the darkness guarded not merely to suppress the people, but because they recognized: whoever reaches it becomes sovereign.

This is the first meaning of the weapon. Not a sword. Not a bomb. The knowledge of the source itself — suppressed, guarded, and therefore more dangerous than any army.

And nowhere is this more honestly portrayed than in the figure Western civilization produced as its own self-portrait.

<picture></picture>

<g>

</g><polyline points="15 3 21 3 21 9"></polyline><polyline points="9 21 3 21 3 15"></polyline><line x1="21" x2="14" y1="3" y2="10"></line><line x1="3" x2="10" y1="21" y2="14"></line>

The struggle of the splitting (acrylic on canvas, own creation - 2025)

II. Faust — The Human Being Monotheism Created

Goethe’s Faust is the deepest portrait of what Western monotheism made of the human being.

Faust is unhappy. Knowledgeable but unfulfilled. Learned but incomplete. He has mastered Western science and philosophy — and still finds no answer. Why? Because he is split. He has suppressed and projected his inner life — his wildness, his desire, his Mephistopheles.

Mephisto is a revealing figure: in the second part of Faust, in the ancient world, he loses his meaning. The ancient beings don’t recognize him. They don’t need him. The concept of evil, in a world without monotheism, simply doesn’t exist in that form.

Mephisto exists only because Christianity invented evil. He is a product of religious division. And Faust — the man who needs him, who summons him — is the product of monotheism: intelligent, individual, analytical, and profoundly incomplete.

This wound has a shape. Manson sings it with surgical precision: “My halo’s just a hole.” The saint and the sinner are the same figure. The halo is not fullness — it is the wound of enforced perfection. But read more deeply, it is also an entrance. The hole is the opening. The wound of the split is simultaneously the passage back to what was severed. Faust wears that halo. And it is slowly killing him — until he learns what it is really for.

The resolution: Faust must integrate Mephisto. Good and evil must dissolve into each other. The shadow must be embraced. What comes after is wholeness.

The integrated human being is a weapon. Not against others — against the illusion of his own incompleteness.

III. The Purpose of the Split — Why Division Was Necessary

Here is where most people get it wrong.

The monotheistic project — with all its repression and violence — is typically met now with outrage. The powerful are blamed for the suppression. The institutions are condemned. And rightly so, in many respects. But something crucial is being overlooked: the benefit of what happened.

Consciousness — Bewusstsein — was never created by the human being. It precedes him. It is the ground of existence itself, prior to any individual life. What the human being generates — through separation, through religion, through analysis, through doubt — is Bewusstheit: self-awareness. The recognition of oneself as a distinct center of experience. In German, the word Zweifel — doubt — carries the root zwei: two. To doubt is to become two to oneself. And that split is precisely what makes reflection possible. This is the gift of the demiurgic age. Painful, costly, and real.

The West developed this capacity to an extreme. It split the world into good and evil, spirit and matter, masculine and feminine — and through this division developed an unprecedented analytical power. Science. Technology. The Enlightenment. The individual.

This was not a mistake. It was a developmental step.

The early societies that lived under the mother goddess existed in symbiotic unity with nature. They lived closer to the truth. But they had no developed self, no inner voice that could ask: Who am I, really? They had unity — but it was unconscious. Undifferentiated. The Bewusstheit that allows a being to stand apart from the whole and examine it — that had to be earned through separation.

The arc of history, then, looks like this:

Phase 1 — The Mother Goddess: Collective, cyclical, embedded in nature. Truth is lived, not articulated. No separation between self and world.

Phase 2 — The Polytheistic Wars: Male gods begin to claim power. Zeus defeats the Titans. Marduk kills Tiamat. The masculine begins to assert dominance — over land, over women, over the sacred.

Phase 3 — Monotheism and the Demiurge: One God. The God of the Bible demands firstborn sons. The God of Christianity demands submission. This god — what the Gnostics called the Demiurge — is a god of separation, of law, of order. And he forged the individual. Analytical, bounded, alone in the cosmos — and therefore capable of reflection.

The Gnostics understood something remarkable here, and it changes the picture entirely. Sophia — divine wisdom, the primordial feminine, the light before all light — does not follow the Demiurge. She precedes him. She creates him. The Demiurge is a diminished reflection of Sophia, mistaking itself for the highest. He is not her enemy. He is her child — and her shadow.

This generates three distinct positions that have always existed in every civilization:

The unknowing worship the Demiurge as the highest God. Their piety is genuine — and they are being managed. Religion as they experience it is a cage. A real cage, built with care, that keeps most people at a comfortable distance from the source.

The knowing want to free themselves. They see through the construct, recognize the architecture of control, and seek the way back to Sophia. Most genuine spiritual and philosophical traditions are born from this impulse — from Gnosticism to Buddhism to the Western esoteric schools.

The powerful use him. They know what the cage is. They know there is a door. And they have decided to hold the key. The great mother goddess — Tiamat, Lilith, Sophia — as the most guarded secret of history. Religion as instrument. Darkness as a monopoly on sovereignty.

The source, kept from the many, becomes the weapon of the few. Until the many find it themselves.

IV. The Preserved Knowledge — The Hidden Thread

Those who knew this kept it hidden.

In the mystery schools, in Gnosticism, in the Hermetic traditions, in the Rosicrucians and the esoteric lodges, a knowledge survived that was publicly forbidden: that the feminine-divine is the primordial ground of all creation.

You find her everywhere, beneath the official religions:

Egypt: Isis — goddess of heaven, who reassembles her dismembered husband Osiris and calls life back from nothing.

Mesopotamia: Tiamat — the dragon goddess, the primordial ocean, whose body becomes the world. And Ishtar — goddess of love and war simultaneously, depicted with wings and surrounded by owls, the bird as her ancient sign. She descends into the underworld and returns. Death and resurrection as feminine principle.

Greece: Athena / Minerva — wisdom itself. Artemis — the wild goddess with the bow and the bird, sovereign over nature, untameable, free.

Bow and bird: ancient symbols of the feminine-divine. The arrow strikes — precise, inevitable. The bird flies — beyond all boundaries.

Every goddess they buried became a weapon in waiting. The longer the suppression — the greater the force of return.

“You might as well bury me / My sinful confession / You’re my obsession.”

The song knows this dynamic intimately. When the sacred is declared forbidden, it does not disappear. It becomes an obsession. The suppressed feminine-divine does not vanish from human consciousness — it goes underground, intensifies, and returns with the force of everything that was denied. The Ressentiment Trap — Where the Awakening Goes Wrong

Now we are living through the countermovement. The suppressed are waking up. Women. The marginalized. And they are angry. Justifiably so.

Nietzsche described ressentiment: the energy that forms when pain and rage cannot liberate themselves and instead turn inward or attack outward. It is not simple anger — it is a consuming, self-perpetuating hostility that assigns all blame outward and builds its entire identity around the wound. The ressentiment of the oppressed woman is real. Centuries of demonization, exclusion, and violence leave deep marks.

But ressentiment leads astray. Women who imitate men forget their true value. Equality understood merely as assimilation to the masculine is half-understood emancipation. The pendulum swings to the other extreme. Out of oppression comes combat. Out of combat comes exhaustion. Because the wrong thing is being fought — gender itself, rather than the underlying principle.

The women’s rights movement is a necessary symptom of the system’s unraveling. But when women take on the masculine as the model and treat men as the enemy, they misread the map. They are fighting for a seat at a table built on separation — not for the dissolution of the table itself.

Ressentiment is a weapon turned against oneself. The real weapon — the one that liberates rather than destroys — is the recognition of what was taken. And why.

And here is the crucial distinction: “God is a Woman” does not refer to gender. It refers to forces. Forces that live in every one of us, regardless of biological sex.

VI. God Is a Woman — What It Actually Means

The woman as portal: she brings souls from the invisible into the visible. Biologically, literally true. But metaphorically: the feminine principle is the threshold between worlds. Between spirit and matter. Between chaos and form.

Every human being carries both principles:

The Demiurge within: the analytical, separating, ordering force. The left hemisphere. Logos. Reason. The capacity to name, to measure, to build.

Sophia within: the intuitive, connecting force. The right hemisphere. Eros. Wisdom. The whole felt before the parts are named.

To absolutize gender as an external category — whether in the old patriarchy or in the new gender wars — is half-knowledge. It takes the metaphorical literally.

The feminine-divine is not the soft, gentle mother-image the New Age movement sometimes projects. It corresponds far more to the banished Lilith than to Eve. To Tiamat. To the dragon goddess of fire. Eros rather than sentimentality. The creative force that precedes all form — raw, fathomless, inexhaustible.

“I’m a hand grenade / Try to take this ring from me / Watch me detonate.”

The ring is not a decoration. In the symbolic language this text moves through, the ring is Saturn — the principle of law, order, ego, boundary, the demiurgic claim of ownership over reality. Tolkien understood it. The ring binds. It promises power while extracting the self. And to pull the pin from a grenade is exactly that: to release the claim. To strip the ego of its Saturnian armor. In the moment of letting go — the detonation. Not destruction. Initiation. The force that was compressed under centuries of containment released in a single sovereign act. And what follows — what the explosion opens into — is the marriage with the feminine source. Erosophia. The individual, disarmed of ego, becomes more powerful than any institution that tried to hold the key.

This is the weapon. Not rage. Not ideology. The sovereign individual, disarmed of ego, rearmed with source.

This is also why Jason Jorjani speaks of Erosophia: the union of Eros and Sophia. Primal creative force and wisdom. Not romanticism, but a rigorous philosophical principle — the oldest knowledge, made precise. His work on parapsychology, on the collapse of space and time, on the spectral nature of reality is not mysticism dressed in academic language. It is the serious attempt to recover what the West suppressed — and to give it the precision it always deserved. The union of opposites is the goal. Not the victory of one over the other.

VII. The New Philosophy — Alchemy of Consciousness

Hegel understood it: Geist creates matter. Not the reverse. Geist — that untranslatable German word holding mind, spirit, soul, and collective consciousness simultaneously — is not a product of the material world. It is its ground.

Chaos came first. But chaos is not disorder — it is unarticulated order. Recognition is the light. The light is Sophia. The consciousness that names things participates in their creation.

The alchemists never separated the material from the spiritual. For them, the transformation of lead into gold and the transformation of the unconscious self into the illuminated one were the same project viewed from two angles — because matter and spirit were never truly separate to begin with. This is what the modern divorce of mind and matter obscured. And it is precisely what the new philosophy recovers: not that matter is an illusion, but that mind and matter are two expressions of one spectrum, and that working on either one works on both.

The West developed the tools of analysis. The East preserved the knowledge of unity. Now they are converging — and thinkers like Jorjani embody this convergence in their very work: born between worlds, thinking between traditions, bringing what was separated back into a single rigorous discourse. And this is not happening in isolation. We can see it everywhere: in physics approaching mysticism, in meditation entering neuroscience laboratories, in the global dissolution of cultural boundaries.

But convergence has an enemy. And that enemy is not ignorance — it is the deliberate preservation of separation as a system of power.

VIII. The Fall of the Empire

Secrecy and separation have reached their end.

Asimov’s Foundation describes something close to what we are living through: a Galactic Empire in terminal decline, its fall inevitable not because of any single enemy, but because the internal contradictions of centralized control can no longer hold. Knowledge of what is really happening is preserved by a hidden few — while the many are managed. The empire does not fall in a day. It decays. And then, suddenly, it does.

A system built on separation cannot sustain unity by force. A system that controls light through secrecy collapses the moment light breaks through. And the light is breaking through.

This is what the song means when it says: God is a weapon. Not a metaphor for violence. A metaphor for a force that has been suppressed so long it becomes unstoppable the moment it is no longer containable. The feminine-divine — Sophia, Tiamat, Lilith, Ishtar — was not made into a secret because it was weak. It was made into a secret because it was too powerful to leave in the hands of the many. A weapon not of destruction — but of liberation. And liberation, to an empire built on control, is the most threatening force that exists.

The signs are everywhere. The internet is dissolving information monopolies. Trust in institutions — church, state, media — is collapsing globally. Spiritual practice flourishes precisely where the structures have failed. The gender debates, the identity crises, the political polarization — all of it is chaotic, painful, and necessary. The pendulum swings hard before it finds equilibrium.

Manson — existing between identities, between genders, between darkness and light — is a living statement of this transition. We are the luciferic principle becoming light. Not Lucifer as evil — Lucifer as the light-bearer, the one who carries consciousness into matter. The individual Bewusstheit that recognizes itself — and returns to the mother.

And here the personal and the political converge. The powerful guarded the source and called it forbidden. They built systems of religion, law, and social order to keep the majority at a managed distance from their own depth. But anyone who walks the path inward — who passes through the Logos, through the Faust-torment of genuine self-examination, all the way back to the fire at the base of things — reclaims what was withheld. Not as rebellion. Not as ideology. As a living experience of power and freedom that no institution can grant or revoke. The cage was built to prevent exactly this — and it was always only ever a deferral, until the individual became strong enough to break it from within.

IX. What Comes After — The Return of the Primordial

The first will again be the last. The primordial returns.

Not as a regression into tribal society. But as something the world has not yet seen: self-aware individuals who choose connection from strength, not from the absence of self.

The early societies lived in unity — but unconsciously. They had no language for what they lived. No individual who could have said: I choose connection. They were immersed in it, indistinguishable from it.

After separation comes integration. After analysis comes synthesis. After the reign of the Demiurge comes Sophia — not as conqueror, but as what was always primary. The Demiurge in his proper place: no longer the blind ruler, but the instrument of creation in service of wisdom. Logos serving Eros. Structure serving life.

This is Nietzsche’s Übermensch, properly understood: not the master-man, as he was catastrophically misread, but the human being who has grown beyond ressentiment. Who says yes to life in its totality. Who carries the opposites within without being torn apart by them.

The man and the woman within us find each other. Logos and Eros unite. Science and mysticism speak the same language. The analytical mind and the intuitive heart work in concert. Mind and matter recognize themselves as two faces of a single spectrum.

And God — Sophia, Tiamat, Isis, Lilith, the principle of fire — returns in combination with the gaind wisdom of that process. Not as an idol to whom one sacrifices. But as the final weapon. The one no empire can confiscate. Because it was never outside.

<picture></picture>

<g>

</g><polyline points="15 3 21 3 21 9"></polyline><polyline points="9 21 3 21 3 15"></polyline><line x1="21" x2="14" y1="3" y2="10"></line><line x1="3" x2="10" y1="21" y2="14"></line>

The revelation of the divine feminine within (chalk-cole-gold, own creation - 2025)

“If God is a woman / Then God is a weapon”

—
